The objective of this paper is to introduce Carbon Tax as a policy that aims to reduce GHG emissions of the Philippines, answering the country’s problems and threats with regards to climate change. Hence, further in this paper, a review on related literature will be presented discussing and elaborating more on the laws and strategies implemented by the government on climate change and GHG emissions.
